What is a postpartum doula?
A postpartum doula is a trained and certified professional who provides support and assistance to new parents during the postpartum period. This support often includes tasks like newborn care, lactation support, light household chores, and emotional support for both the mother and father.

I am located in Indianapolis, IN. I am able to work for families that live in Indianapolis and the surrounding suburbs.

I specialize in postpartum care, but am also available for part-time nannying.
While working for you I am able to assist with any of the following:
Newborn care (diapering, bathing, feeding, comforting)
Nurture and support for new mom
Lactation support for new mom
Sleep training for baby
Sibling care
Partner support
Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, etc)
Run errands (picking up food or getting groceries)
Cooking is not included

My hourly rate is $24/hour. My minimum hours per week is 12 hours but I can be available up to 30 hours per week. Most contracts typically range from 1-4 months, but I am flexible based on your needs.
